Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

At Lovelit Couture, due to the delicate and personalized nature of our garments, we do not oer refunds. However, we accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges: You can exchange an item for a dierent size or for another product of equal or greater value within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all original tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Products on sale or made-to-order cannot be exchanged unless they present a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

We will provide you with return instructions.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process the

exchange for a new size or product, subject to availability.

Shipping for Exchanges

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchange, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Lovelit Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during exchange shipping, so we recommend using a service with tracking.

Damage Liability

Lovelit Couture is not responsible for damages to garments due to incorrect washing or care. All garments include care instructions that must be followed carefully. We recommend reviewing these instructions before washing or maintaining the products.

Return Policy for Online Purchases

For online purchases, Lovelit Couture will accept products in their original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.

Full-price products must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery by mail.
Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at our warehouse.
Any product that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Lovelit Couture reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements at Lovelit’s sole discretion.
Merchandise returned to lovelit.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once the client’s payment method has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was used for payment.
Please note that original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
All items shipped for a refund must match those identified at the time of the return request.

The use of the registered trademark “Lovelit Couture”, together with all accessories, packaging, illustrations, images, and elements protected by copyright, as well as all intellectual property rights relating to the products, are and will remain the exclusive property of Lovelit Couture LLC.
